Returns:
All returns are subject to a 25% re stocking fee - shipping fees. All our items are fully pictured and described. So what you see is what you get. We list the items with pictures and a full description so you know exactly what you are ordering. Pre-owned items are non returnable under any circumstance. Pre-Orders and Back order items are non refundable after 7 business days from the day payment was made. The re stock fee is to cover the cost of the follow: Box, Tape, Shipping Label, Invoice inputting, UPS pick up fee and it covers the fact that, the item will then have to be sold as used or trade in which cuts into the pricing. And the shipping is not refunded, because even if we give you Free Shipping we still paid the shipping out of our pocket. Custom made name plates are not returnable. Exchanges can be made - 10% restock fee and - shipping fees. Thanks
Refunds:
All refunds for any reason whatever will be subject to a 4% fee. Meaning the full amount will be refunded - 4%. PayPal which is who processes our cards and shopping cart buttons and direct payments and all payments will no longer refund there fees collected for refunds as of May 7, 2019 and after. So if you order by mistake, change you mind, we are out of stock, someone used your card, it doesn't really matter. Any and all refunds will be posted -4% due to there change in our fee agreement. Payments made with sezzle or afterpay are subject to -6% due to there higher fees.
